What's wrong with avex?

I personally think Avex is the probably the best company in j-pop scene. they have the best producers and marketing crew. just look at Giza (Rina Auchi , Mai Kuraki) , could they be any more mediocore and bland at their music & marketing and etc ? lol

also I think there's a major improvement in for example on the SPEED members solo careers when they moved from Toy's Factory' to Avex ( to Avex's sub-label called Sonic Groove). and we got to hear some SPEED eurobeat remixes now

I like Avex because of their remix projects , Cyber trance & Super Eurobeat remixes are great and only label that releases albums like those is Avex.

but I can see some negative sides on Avex. Sometimes the ways they'll smooch off money from fans are annoying. Multiple covers are one example , but that really just bugs collectors and not average fans tho.
"Want me Want me" release was so lame , namie fans would have to buy both Cd & Cd+DvD version to get the full contenct.
koda Kumi's 'Secret' got a special re-release with added stuff just a little while after the 1st release of the album.
