Personally I think this girl cant touch ayu. I think This MV sucked majorly. Obviously some ideas have been duplicated, wrongfully. I think Ayumi's PV is better anyways. More in-depth and more to watch, I think this one is kinda silly.

Actually, her black dress looks very, very similar to the dress Madonna wore in her 'Frozen' video. Also, Christina Aguilera had similar dress (most probably, Xtina borrowed from Madonna) in her 'Fighter' video.
Ayu's dress looks like Madonna's and Christina's put together.
