^ i never intended to collect the other side singles. But my boyfriend found these on an anime convent here in Poland and both all three for 10 dollars for me. So it was very cheap.

Maybe some day i will try to get the first one, as well as the 6 "excerpts" singles.

I'm late. I said I'd have 'em like two weeks ago. I've been talking about this for ages. I got sick on Saturday. I got an extension for my differential equations homework. I spent all of today (Wednesday) finishing this so that it'd be all done before going home for Thanksgiving. The pics kinda suck even though I used my roommate's Canon EOS Rebel XT cause the lighting just is meh. But you'll get the point regardless. All the money and hours and sweat and blood (literally) and visions were for this.

PMs back and forth with our resident framing-pro Deli. Calling like 50 places for price quotes on all sorts of things. Finally finding a good deal. Finding out the backing comes up flush with the frame. Engineering the perfect solution with screws and bits of aluminum with countersunk holes, given these polystyrene (foam) frames. That's 72 holes drilled and countersunk by hand, 70 hacksaw cuts by hand, my friends. Figuring out a systematic method for cutting the foam board nicely enough to use it as matting and mass producing six sets. Getting cut by that damn glass. Learning how to hang the damn things. Figuring out how to hold the damn things down when they want to curl up like hell. It's all past me now.

This, my friends, is 100% certified acid-free, UV-protected, preserved awesomeness. I even figured out a way to do it without having to mount the posters on the backing.

PS screw Johnny Depp, that's my roommate's low-res poster. So low-res, with the AT06 close up one, you can freaking see her skin texture. That is MAD. When I sit in that chair and look up, the room is so big. It's the same feeling as when you look up at the sky and it fills your entire field of view...Oh I get to sleep with Ayu smiling down on me .

What kinda radiation we talkin about? alpha radiation, beta radiation, x-ray, gamma waves...solar wind?

And oh oh note the selection and arrangement of posters...two photoshoots. We have the two matching BB posters, the two matching AT06 posters. We have contrast between the two sets; one is more B&W and darker tone, the other is rainbow and lighter tone. In each set, one is a closer shot, the other is a farther shot. And then we have the A BEST detatched from the rest but it serves as a sort of center. The other four by themselves are very symmetric, but alone, they make me feel as if there is only a left and a right without a center. The A BEST is a sort of uniting reference point which the other four symmetric posters face, adding fullness to balance.

I love Ayu! The new secret poster isn't mindblowing...what would be mindblowing would be a poster of this...

Norrel: Yes, I've had the BB one, I ordered the A BEST one through ayumi_showcase on ebay, and I got the other three through www.crescent-shop.com and mu-mo. Those three were packaged like soooo perfectly...I handled them like...iono man. Came in that huge tube that could block anti-tank shells and the three posters wrapped together made me think it was plutonium or something. Wahhhhhhh so happy

^Oh are you serious??? What the crap, they're supposed to be megacareful...my posters had original plastic seal and they were covered in bubble wrap to make this awesome triforce and bubble wrap at the ends of the tube and the tube was the thickest tube I've ever seen. It was like 1/8 in to 3/16 in. But without POSTER TUBE??? That...is monstrous. Undignified. Atrocious. To do that to that wonderful poster...and I remember asking you "how's it look in real life?" right after you posted about getting it, and you said "amazing" or something to that effect. And that was after shipping without a poster tube? Really is amazing...well I'm not surprised, I was like wahhhhh when I saw it for the first time. And then I was like whoa she looks kinda skinny in this shot.

edit: Oh, was it cause your contact in Japan wanted to save on shipping?

Hiru Wow...you're poster collection is awsome! I need to buy some frame too for my Ayu's poster! I haven't have them up on the wall....I just put them inside the poster tube for now...dumb on me huh?
