We need to spell out what kind of preparations we need, and delegate tasks to everyone as soon as we have a sizeable attendance. We need ppl who can provide good digital camera and video cam (and preferably someone with satisfactory photography skills), ppl to get tix (tentatively Kawai), though I'll be happy to help with that too. Meanwhile I'll check HK Ticketing (courtesy of Vash bro for that site) and Ayu's official website everyday for updates.

Digi cam n vid, if possible, wld b great if u could bring your own. Coz a single person can only take that much and may not get a good view.

If a bunch of us all take fotos of Ayu, that'll increase the chances of gd shots. Plus, we could like trade fotos taken there! Coz some of us may not be able to get a gd shot sometimes. I suggest u take some fotos urself, afterall, fotos of Ayu taken by u definitely will have more value, at least thatz what I personally think =)

I was wondering if u guys are gonna choose the same hotel? I thot it'll be cool since we're going as AHS. Just let me knw wat u guys think =)

It'll help too if we could like come out with a price estimation of the total costs (hotel, air-ticket, concert ticket)

But, for those who feel that transferring money to someone whom you have not met before is unwise, we shld contact the ticketing office in Hong Kong directly.

Thanks bro Vash! U really helped alot. I'll ask around which other ticketing organization is responsible for Ayu's concert. For a start my fren's bf has some connections with some Japanese firms...she'll lemme now of the latest developments . And Ayu_Jayson bro is right. Everyone of us should take pictures ourselves with whatever equipment available.

Since HKticketing is not selling the tickets, I contacted another ticketing company in Hong Kong (http://urbtix.cityline.com.hk/). And this is their reply:

Dear Customer,

Regarding to the event "Hamasaki Ayumi" performs, we have no any informations at this moment. In the future time, please kindly visit the web site www.urbtix.hk for tickets purchase and that is also the information guide for the events.

is relevant only to those who joins the special package tour arranged by Avex departing from Japan. But at the bottom of the column for HK there is a ライブチケット現地価格 (Price of the live tickets) HKD780...Other than that I cant find any info yet on the price of the tickets

I just asked another person who's going for a concert and he too got news that the tickets cost HK$780 (around S$160), same as what I here http://www.jalsales.com/event/dream-...ect/ippan.html
Its really cheap if this is the confirmed price...well anyway that just means we have more money to shop ^^

Thatz $160SGD (great news to us haha), all seats same price... hmmm... does that mean that only the $160 seats are available n left to us or... all seats are really the same price? Got me thinking...

Coz the best seats are always reserved by TeamAyu or the local official fan club. Hope I'm just thinking too much. Oh and if any has started/intend/managed to purchase the tix somehow/somewhere, pls pls do inform us and drop a note here, will be v grateful =)

If I'm not wrong sales are closed to Japanese for the overseas performances already. (of course that won't stop them from buying at our side). The tickets are unbelievably cheap, really baffles me. Anyway, I have tentatively found four more ppl in HK who should be attending Ayu's concert!! The list is getting longer...

Another question is U guys know one another? Because I don't know any1 from this forum and it would be hard to convince my parents to allow me to go with strangers.

Hi R@inbow! U can join us, we dun really knw one another in real life but in forum we do chat to one another, um yeah haha =) Currently only 2 of us (since sean is going earlier than most of us) taking the sg flights so will be great if u can join us! Triple the fun!

The cheap ticket price is really suspicious. I mean of course itz gd the tix being cheap but really makes me think if itz the $160 seats or is it coz itz a smaller concert? 0.0 Haha, dun mind me, I'm just always so imaginative, sorry.

We would hope to get like the same seatings but itz kinda hard in reality. I mean I though the seats were given by lots? *Prays pls let us have seats*
