Posted this before but nobody saw it. I have to cancel my order for the TA ver of the bluray because I had an emergency and had to used the money for something else. Mu-mo doesn't have a cancel order button. You have to contact customer service for them to cancel and since I don't know any Japanese I need some help. Can any Japanese speaker pm me to help me cancel the order?

I'm pretty sure mu-mo shows a warning message stating you cannot cancel orders when it asks you to confirm your order, but maybe if you send them a message explaining the situation they can allow you to cancel that particular order? Since they do have the international section maybe you can try sending the message in English. It's worth the try...

I remember someone once saying on AHS they got an order cancelled at mu-mo, but I'm not sure who neither when, I only recall it was via email/messages with them...

I will try contacting them in enligsh. Hope it works. Either way once they realize my card has been declined they will cancel themselves. It sucks! I had not even watch the tv ver because I wanted to wait for this bluray but my brother got into some trouble and I maxed out both of my credit cards to help him out. I really wanted to get this!
