There's some people (well actually just one person) sweating over Arashi's second week sales for Freedom but there's really no serious competition. That #1 spot is already hers, the only concern should be for the actual sales.

these 2 might be a threat to her I don't know , especially Himuro Kyosuke as he hasn't released a solo single in 4 years & he's a jrock legend even up to now so yeah I don't know really

Other artistes releasing singles tomorrow include korean band FT ISLAND , visuel kei band The Kiddie , jrock trio BREAKERZ but I don't think they will be that much of a threat

I think the only threat would possibly be kyosuke himuro. But other than that i guess its likely ayumi gets #1 im still praying <3

Yeah, honestly I think if Avex thought her streak would be threatened they would've done a lot more now than what they have. They don't seem too concerned so that's either sign that we shouldn't be concerned either or be EXTREMELY concerned. lol

They already did... By forcing the poor TA members to buy 2 bundle set to get both clear folders, GRRRR!!! Their main target of promotion seems to be at her fans, rather then casual listeners. But it's hard to say, with the huge amount of followed that ayu have at Twitter, and all the tweets about the new single might tempt the casual listeners to try it out.

But I feel a little better since there isn't much competition. I'm gonna pray for Ayu to keep her #1 streak going. (though I'm not religious XD)

then again I don't know how their selling power's like in general & considering that MOON / blossom is virtually not geting any form of promotion , it's like a double edge sword here

Yea its tough specially because of the lack of promotion...
But then again maybe that will result in people buying it.. ?
i unno Avex has something up their sleeves. They wouldnt announce something huge
like The Road To 50 collection thing and then just not support it.

honestly MOON / blossom might not get #1 but still I can't be bothered as all these records & etc are just being blown up in proportion by the media

I don't support an artiste just because he/she keeps getting #1 streaks on the charts . It shouldn't be the way , it defeats the whole purpose in supporting an artiste to begin with

you support an artiste because he/she releases good solid material & not for what the artiste's

Its not so much that I personally care about her records but the fact that she gets #1 singles constantly means that a lot of people are enjoying her music, and that makes me happy. If she stops getting them then fewer people will be listening to her music and i want everyone to be able to hear her music, and so it will be a bit sad.
Nonetheless PERSONALLY I dont care about the number at all but thats why i would like ayu to keep having number ones...
Does anyone else feel the same?
