It's not the members against SME lawsuit that will start tomorrow, it's the lawsuit from SME against the 3 members. So it is the first hearing for that lawsuit. I hope they don't have to pay that large sum to SME

Well, Music Station I don't expect, since it took so long before the boys were allowed to perform there. But they performed a lot at HEY!x3, so it would be not be unlogical for him to perform there But 4 performances is good already Music Fair, Music Japan, Monthly MelodiX! and The Girl Awards are good promotion too

The reason why Tohoshinki couldn't perform on Music Station is that the program is in hands of Johnny Entertainment (I think). It's just that they see/saw Tohoshinki as a threat for their own boybands Avex tried for years to get them to preform there. Why change their opinion? Because Avex helps Johnny's to sell in Korea.
