But let's not forget most people won't really give a crap, as long as they can hear the song on the radio. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, but we'll see if it works when looking at the sales.

And of course I'd prefer a full PV, I don't think anyone here would rather have the short one, it's just that we're probably still going to get one ; P

I think Avex knows EXACTLY what it's doing and I think it's working.

People will think "it's boring"/"uninteresting" (I don't feel they will say "she's so beautiful, it's amazing"...)
Fans will think "I'm excited now" because they saw other previews.

Well everyone can watch TV news, but the short PV in itself is a failure to me.

Bring back full length PV already!

(and I personally think it's not really fair to cut a PV like that... Poor directors)

That's not necessarily true. Just like here, there are some who will think it is interesting because they look beyond what she is or is not doing. Others will find it boring as well. But at any rate, releasing the "interesting part" or possibly the "twist" could spoil any reason to anticipate the full PV. It's like seeing a movie trailer that tells you everything that happens in the movie, why pay $10 to see it?

Well, S/S has done not as good as the other singles, but her sales are still declining, that was my point. She sure has "miss" and "hits".

Sunrise was her highest selling chaku uta since Together When... so I'd wager that the Japanese public did like it a bit.

It's a bit weird that popular tracks on chaku uta doesn't seem to do all that well physically, but eh. That's how things work, I guess.

So I finally got to watch this... and yeah, it definitely had a "Moments" feel to it, but I mean... what's the story? I guess that's what the "to be continued" is all about. I'm very intrigued though to see where the story goes!

I'm not sure, though~ I was thinking something along the lines of Ayu doing something really bad (murder, maybe?! :O omg) and then small things like dripping ink reminds her of it, and she had lost Cocoa when she did the bad thing, and now she's all guilty & remembering it? holy --------------!!!!!!! wow i missed a lot... ayu looks HOT covered in ink guys and idk why everyone says it's boring...geez it's not like a ballad pv is going to have action scenes or something... a pv can take place in one room and still be amazing. you could look at HEAVEN, which is a very deep pv but ayu stands in the same spot the entire time. or BALLAD, where ayu is just sitting in the meadow with flashbacks to the motorcycle, and how is that any different? or You were... , where she's just standing in the same spot the whole time. but i digress. we're not talking about HEAVEN or You were... , we're talking about MOON. i don't mean to sound rude or anything, just stating my opinion... i just think everyone sets their standards too high. (although i still don't know why anyone's making judgements now, when we haven't even seen the entire pv) this looks very interesting, and of course ayu looks beautiful. i'm really interested to find out why she's covered in ink (), what part her dog plays, and why her fingernails are bandaged. this is so promising; i'm so freaking excited (and you all should be, too! jk )
