it's probably dance related . I know for Tackey's case he has another butai coming up real soon which explains another solo single release in conjunction with it

tbqh, i think it was only time they're were going to focus more on solo stuff. they barely do unit material anymore! even though i adore T&T, i was kinda expecting solo stuff, you know?

but hopefully, T&T will still do music, since they did do "Koi Uta / PROGRESS" and that isn't on an album yet.

& i hope Tsubasa gets to do solo music as well.

frankly it's kinda sad that things turned out to be this way , especially since it takes FOREVER for a new T&T single to be put out all the time

the fans probably am fed up / tired of waiting ? which explains why Tackey's releasing solo stuff

maybe Tsubasa's now doing more behind the scenes work , especially with relation to dance

it's probably very difficult to get both guys to come together to record new material now unlike in the past

i've only heard his ENDLICHERI*ENDLICHERI & 224 ENDLI-x, but they were very good!
i liked "Ai and I" album.

i personally loved Domoto Koichi's "mirror" album. it's not as experimental as Tsuyoshi's stuff. it's more theatre/JE-esque, but very, very well made.

since i'm assuming this has changed to a general JE thread (...right? LOL, that doesn't deal with those groups that don't have a thread here @ AHS) i came with some interesting news...well, it deals with Shounentai too, so it's sempai news nevertheless, haha.

Kis-My-Ft2 takes over PLAYZONE

Johnny's Jimusho has announced that the Johnny's Jr. group Kis-My-Ft2 will be the main cast of this year's "PLAYZONE" musical. This is an impressive achievement for the 7-member unit, as they have not yet released a major label CD.

The older Johnny's group Shonentai were the leads of "PLAYZONE" since 1986, but last year was their final time in charge of the show.

The main leads for this year's show will be Kis-My-Ft2 members Hiromitsu Kitayama, Taisuke Fujigaya, and Yuta Tamamori. The supporting cast includes the group's other members, as well as former NEWS/Kanjani8 member Hiroki Uchi. Shonentai's Kazukiyo Nishikiori is writing and directing the show. Performances have been scheduled at Tokyo's Aoyama Theatre from July 11 to August 9 and at Osaka's Umeda Arts Theater from August 21 to 26.

i wouldn't worry about Platinum status...they're Godly in their own right with that single record of theirs. LOL.

actually Kawai's in A.B.C.Z , you can see him MC-ing & talking here & there in the QoP DVD (even though I have a feeling you might not know who he's ) , he's quite outspoken in a good way while Senga the girly boy is in Kis-My-Ft2
