At first I almost fainted, it was so disgusting, now I'm quite neutral about it because the music itself is what counts. But I have to say that this is one of the most crappiest covers ever made for any album. >.>

honestly? I kind of like it and I'm not even a fan of her... the cover isn't pretty, yes, it's odd, yes, but I'd rather see something like that than some blegh beauty shot. and why isn't it inovative? Did you see someone turning themselves into a motorcycle cyborg for a cover? I didn't....
I do agree though that her single cover was really WOW they should have used that instead. But I do like the egyness of the black and white and the wild apperance of hers, messy.

Just because its art doesn't mean we have to like it. I personally, would have preferred a beauty shot. Covers can be pretty and edgy/wild too, imo. To me, she just looks like she rolled out of bed.

I feel like EVERY cover is black and white nowadays though. I'm already so over it. I know it's classic but I almost always prefer things to be in color. The Fame Monster's covers were great, but even the Born This Way single cover just doesn't do much for me. 9 times out of 10 I feel like people are using B&W just to be edgy or whatever and it just doesn't work on me.

Wow, I'm surprised at the overwhelming votes of NO xD I was also a no.. I can't stand the new cover. It looks like a mashup of Ozzy Osbourne, 50 Cent, and Orange County Choppers. Seriously.. it looks so awful. And it has nothing to do with being born the way you are. In fact, to me it seems just the opposite. I don't mind the special edition of the album (the one with the close-up of her face) but I just wish she would've gone another route for the regular cover.

I mean come on. No one is born half motorcycle half human, so "Born This Way" ? Um no.
If she's going to go for something like this (aka something that could never be real) then she should've made herself half human half animal or something :/
