Honestly, I would recommend both "B'z The Best ULTRA PLEASURE" and "'B'z The Best ULTRA Treasure"! Their earlier stuff was pop, but it's kind of pop/rock now. The DVD for "ULTRA Pleasure" contain best of live clips from their LIVE-GYMS (their equivalent of Ayu's ARENA TOURS) and "ULTRA Treasure" contains the concert "B'z Showcase 2007". (I'm such a fangirl! ) Utada Hikaru Singles Collection ~vol. 2~ is highly, highly recommended!! She makes amazing music!! YUI's SHORT STORIES is another I'd recommend.

I forgot to mention Porno Graffitti's BEST RED and BEST GREEN! They don't come with DVDs, but they make some rather catchy songs!

4cd + 2dvd the greatest best of i ever seen!
And the YAIDA HITOMI's one too. There are one cd andnone dvd with the same picture on the cover

Absolutely you have to check Ayaka's History 2006-2009. that was best selling female album in 2009. Mikazuki is one of best song in Japan. you will obviously love that song.

the second album I recommend is SPEEDLAND : The Premium BEST Re Track
SPEED is best selling girlgroup in Japan and Asia. with only 3 years and 8 months career, they already sold over 20 million copies in Japan alone. they re-recorded most of their best song with more mature voice because when they record the original song, they are about 12-17 years old.

I'm a bit late in adding my 2 cents, but (miss)understood, if you don't already have it, has the most bang for your buck with a CD+DVD version.

(miss)understood: 10 MVs (B&D side story included), 6 Making-Of - 16 total
That's a lot of music videos, and they're not that bad.
If you already have it, get Japonesque by Koda Kumi. You get 17 MVs.

* Maki Goto - Aikotoba (VOICE) 2CD + 2DVD (limited edition)
beautiful package, large booklet, 15 postcards, the four discs has picture labeled (is different for the others).
In CDJAPAN it's 40% off

* Hitomi Shimatani - BEST & COVERS (2CD + DVD)
Very nice tracklist, there are a lot of amazing songs in this BEST.
