I'm starting to get angry with ayu marketing. Do they think are we all rich? I agree that this should be with the first press of Party Queen... Sometimes I wish that ayu was like Utada, she only release an edition of her albums and when her company released her last best album she was against that release...

Just hope that Ayu realize that she should only sell things at its real price

Well, you don't have to buy it all at once...

I think they probably want to release it in a large book format, hence the separate release. They could bundle it as well but seeing as how the announcement was separate, that seems unlikely.

I would hope Ayu is never like Utada.

Ayu's releases seem to follow a very obvious pattern, but she/her team sometimes falls behind so things end up getting released in bundles. Like whenever a new album or single comes out, there's a concert too. I think it's just easier this way even if it seems like a lot. For some of these things, you don't have to buy them immediately but I guess their thought process behind it is that if they are out at the same time, someone at the store will pick them both up for sake of convenience.

I know I don't have to buy it all, but I just think it's too much, the limited edition of the album cost a lot so I think that she could put that photobook in the pack for free.

I'm not hoping that she looks like Utada in a musical way, but just in a marketing not so wild

Precisely. Ayu constantly floods us with items to buy because hey, a girl's gotta make money, and I think it's a bit impractical to include all this stuff in one go. From a business stand point, it makes sense to separate these things to allow for greater revenue. From a practical standpoint, that crap's just wa~y too big to all fit in one package XD; Not even a shipping package, but just a release in general. It might not be some people's thing to have these photos, either. So the separate release allows those who really want it (as in, those who care enough, not saying that you HAVE to care) to pick it up.

It sucks in terms of cost for us overseas folks.. But things will never be fair In the end, when I get overwhelmed with things like this, I remind myself that western artists NEVER do these things for fans. The album releases are standard, the music videos are never released (because most of them are just stupid anyway... not worth buying), and there's really no point in buying the actual, physical copies of the album. I think sometimes, we can get a little spoiled by our Japanese musicians, and our expectations can be a bit daft.
