^Looks like she didn't! The author did many of these "biographical" mangas about young artists at the time, at the end of the Ayu one you can see promo for other works of the author and it includes stories for L'arc en Ciel, GLAY, T.M.R and Kinkikids, my guess is she just did her research and wrote their origin stories according to the info she could get since none of the artists mentioned is credited

Btw, today I started working on the final chapter ACT 5 this was a fun project and I'm glad many people were interested to read it
