The Kanji on tracks 1. and 2 are not song titles. They say "Mitei" which means "undecided/not yet fixed". Its like saying something like "Title T.B.A" as we do in English.
Although it is impossible to speculate at this moment; if it were true, I would have expected to see "G" listed on some of the many Japanese shinpu (release schedule) websites - they are usually a good indicator of a new releases validity and never seem to include rumors. Nothing under the catalogue number "AVCD-30612" is to be found anywhere. If this is the only source of information then its shaky, at best.

I think it's legit, considering how everything is still TBA (To Be Announced). Plus Nicolas pretty much said everything that I was going to say in my post, so I agree with him.

Not many people believed "Memorial Address" to be the real title, even after it was posted on those news sites. It wasn't til someone posted the URL from Ayu's site that people believed it more, so seeing something like this "G" single known "far in advance" (when it comes to Ayu, knowing something a few weeks ahead is quite the stretch), I'm still not 100% convinced that it's real, because if it is, then Ayu's CDs are only getting smaller by the day, assuming a tracklist is like this:

1. Game (Original Mix)
2. Game (AOV)
3. Game (Instrumental)
