Most definitely ULTRA BLUE. Along with DEEP RIVER and HEART STATION very close behind. Distance is after that, followed by First Love.

ULTRA BLUE was a mint of fresh air for me. It was a huge step for Hikki, and quite a risky one in my opinion.

DEEP RIVER was my favorite. I'm not a great big Utada fan, but I would even hold this album in the same regards as I hold any of my favorite Ayu albums.

HEART STATION had good singles, but the album tracks bored me. They were repetitive and just really "blah" to me. ESPECIALLY nijiiro basu.

I only like four songs from ULTRA BLUE and even less from her other albums, so... definitely DEEP RIVER. I don't think any of her other albums even compare to it.

DEEP RIVER

One of my favorite studio albums of all time by any world artist. There is not one song on the album that I dislike. It also has sentimental value for me as well.
