DAIGO will be doing a release event to coincide with the release of his debut solo album DAIGOLD that will be out on 5th March .

More details will be announced in due time but so far , there will be a total of 5 dates scheduled for this release event .

And in order to qualify to attend the release event , fans must purchase DAIGOLD in which each edition will include an event ticket that will be found inside the album .

lol well Popcorn is not the 1st food related song that DAIGO wrote/composed xD

1st was Ice Tea no Uta in which just like DAIGO☆STARDUST's Realize , only a live short version of the song was included in his DAIGO☆IMPACT DVD

That said , I'm surprised ULTRA BRAVE is not included in the tracklist , maybe it will be in the finalised tracklist in due time ? :3

musicjapanplus+ published/wrote a concert report on the 2nd last date of HALLOWEEN PARTY 2013 which took place last year on 26th Oct at Chiba's Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall 9~11 Hall .

The event, "HALLOWEEN PARTY", was started by regular participant, DAIGO. The songs "Mugen∞REBIRTH" and "Itsumo Dakishimete" which were released this year both as A-side singles, as well as DAIGO☆STARDUST's debut song, "MARIA" were performed. During the MC he explained his outfit saying, "Today my costume is of a charging giant! A giant which will destroy until not one creature is left!!" and after this said, "We have no choice but to get excited like a party!" and from these words, the venue was excited by BREAKERZ's (for which he is the vocalist) "SUMMER PARTY".

First up for the day was the same as the other days, DAIGO. For this live his costume was a dazzling butterfly, and as soon as he appeared on stage the audience became dumbfounded. However it was not a Halloween costume but rather the promotional outfit for his new single to be released on December 4th, "BUTTERFLY/Ima Aitakute..." Today was the debut of that costume and he asked, "is it OK if I delay no further and unveil it to the world?" and that during rehearsal hyde-san said that "it's a good song", and with that he debuted "BUTTERFLY". The fans who had gathered were mesmerised.

Tokyohive - DAIGO announces release of solo album 'DAIGOLD'

DAIGO has announced that he will release his solo album "DAIGOLD" on March 5th.

DAIGO's first album under this name will feature a total of 12 songs including his singles "Itsumo Dakishimete", "Mugen∞REBIRTH", "BUTTERFLY", and "Ima Aitakute...", as well as "STAY GOLD" which will be used as the theme song for Sapporo TV's broadcast of ski jump.

The album will come with two limited editions and a regular edition. Limited Edition A will come with a DVD containing the singles' PVs along with a special footage called 'Ima Aeru 35-sai DAIGO Special Movie'. Meanwhile, Limited Edition B will come with a DVD containing a documentary footage. Furthermore, the album will also come in a "Complete Production GOLD Edition" which will only be sold on Being Group's music portal website 'Musing'.

Shortly after the album's release, DAIGO will set out on his nationwide tour. He will also hold release events in 5 locations.

Great news for all DAIGO fans out there! Actually we waited quite long for this to happen, but finally DAIGO is going to release his first Album "DAIGOLD"!
You might think there's a long way to go but the release is scheduled for March 5th already!

DAIGO to Release "DAIGOLD"

DAIGO, member of Japanese band BREAKERZ, will release his first album!

The album titled "DAIGOLD" will hit the stores on March 5th in four different types and includes previously released songs such as "I WISH" and "STAY GOLD". The Limited Editions A and B cost 4200 Yen each and come with a DVD and in a special case and the Regular Edition costs 3150 Yen and is CD-only. If you buy the Deluxe GOLD Edition for 6825 Yen you'll receive CD, DVD and goods.
