The grandest that Ayu's promo will probably get is a 109 poster....

Unless they come up with something neat, which I again doubt. Ayu isn't an artist that really needs the promotion imo.

You do realize that right now AKB48 is currently promoting their best album, right? Of course Ayu's promo isn't going to be big right now. She isn't the only artist in J-Pop.

I think it's gonna be so cool that avex would make the electronic billboard promotions for Ayu, because i've never seen they use that for Ayu..
and I don't agree that Ayu doesn't need promotions in Japan..
hasn't Ayu lost her Japanese fans these few years? it's liked, only hardcore fans would follow Ayu to the very end?
so I still think Ayu needs massive promotions to gain ppl's attention..

People forget tho, having posters all over Japan is one thing but ayu's music is all over Japanese TV so I'd say she's getting plenty of promotion

She don't have to do promotions at Japan, she needs to have overseas promotion a lot. Let the Japanese fans decrease, but let's increase overseas fans!

I miss the promo from the (m)u era! She really didn't need the promo then either, but it was immaculate. *_*

The patheticness of the promo recently has been more due to the fact that it all falls JUST before her tour starts for 2009 and 2010, so... promo has been slim to none for her albums.

I think even Sunrise/You were... had more "promotion" than the last two albums, haha.

Well they have put up more billboards. I have taken photos but they are still in my camera. The last ones I saw was in Ginza.
And I'm not too worried about the trucks. Ayu will totally have those singing trucks for this album. They will probably show up the first time around the concerts.
