I think uploading the videos individually with their own set of subs is more visible than the softsubs. I actually have no idea what YouTube videos have caption files/soft subs normally and which ones don't.

Why do something like that if half the people cant figure out to use it?

How often do people even use the CC/captioning feature? And how do most people tell that a video has them inserted and in multiple languages?
