Haha, I heard that there were also a lot of other Japanese artistes releasing their singles on the same day, though I don't know who they are except LISA's Melody Circus. They could just be spoiled for choice?

Yar, I think it's the same mentality that I could just get the full package in the album, why bother with the singles. On top of that, there's music downloading so I kind of expect that her sales would get lower in time. But those are not the only reasons because I'm sure there wasn't a lot of promotion for this single despite the great songs in there and I think she needs to do more lives to make people know of this single!

I actually agree wit Mad Cactuar on this one. STEP you sold better because the songs were better.... and Both songs were promoted. Fairyland is nothing compared to STEP you IMO. STEP you was eye-catching, it was edgy, extremely catchy and had high "sing-along" factor.

if the single was like "STEP you/alterna" then i think ayu would've been able to sell way higher than "STEP you/is this LOVE?" or "fairyland"

and I agree with Ayufan929! Thats what I tell everyone.. STEP you/alterna will sell TONS because both are promoted, fairyland/Is This Love will sell a decent amount too..
