I like these pictures, but is it just me or does it look like part of her nose has been shaved off or something? It looks different for some reason.

I don't think it's the matter of capturing what Ayu looks like, but rather Ayu does not look like herself anymore. I am comparing old magazine scans from 2002-2007 and she looks extremely different, even in the same poses and expressions.

Thank you! I am relieved that I'm not the only one who notices this... I used to PM another member who also felt her nose changed, it felt like we were the only two who noticed, when the rest of AHS went "she looks the same."

She looks like she broke into an Upper Eastside matron's closet in the last picture.

Still don't like the hair color (Ayu, either darken or lighten a shade, right now it just looks a bit mousy) and wish the bangs would be more layer, but I love the outfits (although I wish they would have went with a different color dress or jacket, but they did a good job with accessorizing the outfit).

I wouldn't say extremely different, but subtlely different in many areas. I've noticed it as well, but can't exactly pinpoint things other than just a general feeling that she looks a bit different than usual - even in the casual pics shot from her concert tour.

sleepy Ayu with too much photoshop, unfortunately. i would love, just once, to see some high-res (as in, not the pics from her phone) pictures of Ayu that haven't been tampered with. people who shop these photoshoots act like social conceptions will collapse should we see a woman who isn't perfectly fake.
