Don't know why, but recording started only after ~1 minute. Also few last minutes more like a slideshow. And it's good that only few! I wasn't able to watch almost half of live because of bad connection

When we enter to the TA live tour ticket ballot, can we choose seated area from the beginning? Or they just give random?

You should choose when you apply. Not sure if second floor seats are available for a second round though.

Does anyone know if the guest name has to be filled out when buying the ticket? And if I do enter a name but someone else shows up does it matter? Ie does anyone check the name of the guest?

No, last year you did not need a name on the guest (non-TA) ticket . They don't check those anyway, nor do they check membership when you're entering the venue or at any other stage .
