Hmm lets see here...

BoA - Used to be a huge fan but i dunno, she just got boring after a while

Koda Kumi - Her older stuff was great, but i just have no interest in her nowadays.

High & Mighty Color - I was a fan for a short time but then realised 90% of their stuff just isn't really that great at the end of the day.

Bonnie Pink - Don't get me wrong here, i AM actually still a fan and consider her to be one of the best artists in the world, but her recent stuff just hasn't interested me at all... i can't see her topping Even So

Namie - I loved the STYLE album, but nothing since then has prompted me to pay any attention.

BoA is the only one who kind of got to me, [annoying], but her album [The Face] was actually very entertaining. I really only like Ballads, and Ayumi-Rock. <[it should be a new genre] so I don't really like many songs by BoA. Her songs, for the longest time, had no emotion. I miss when she was so full of emotion like her song Moon & Sunrise.

Let's see.

Utada Hikaru - I think her new music sucks now. Just doesn't click with me as her old stuff did. (Although, I never really did like her in the first place. Just listened to her for the music.)

Koda Kumi - I hate her new music. Now everything about her is just gimmic, gimmic, gimmic. It's really annoying.

Gackt - I guess I grow out of my fangirl phase, but he still makes pretty good music every now and then. And of course how can you forget that he's hot?

Aiuchi Rina - Ever since she went into her rock style, and crappy faux dance music that she obviously is failing at emulating from her previous years, I have no interest to hear her again.

BoA - Her Japanese music sucks now. Plain and simple.

BoA to me. XD I guess when I started listening to J-pop, I liked the poppy stuff, but it doesn't really entertain me anymore. D: Her singles have been getting weak too. (though her album tracks end up being quite good)

Yuki Koyanagi - She has a powerful voice but it's like she fell off the face of the planet. When I last saw she came out with a song I had already lost all interest in her.

Yea...yea! I'm confessing. It doesn't feel good you know but I can't help it. Lately, I've just been really really bored of her. I have plenty of songs that I like of ayu on my ipod (even MW) but I just haven't had the urge to listen to her. I've been like this for 2 weeks now and it seems that I'm losing more and more interest in her. I'm not even hyped about her tour, her single, and her anniversary.

If LUV ~Venus~ is going to confess then I will too >___<

Ayumi Hamasaki

Yup.. really really. Of course not completely, I wouldn't be here if I did. I do love Mirrorcle World.. but.. I dunno. Lately, it all feels fake. Like her last tour, I'm sorry to say this.. but it was crappy recycled **** and the worst part was the people defended this. You can't deny that the cage thing was already done, the feathers was already done, the cross was already done. And now, she's also switching to an "I''m hawt, buy my single!!" style. I have always admired tough, fierce and strong women, but.. I dunno... she overreacts it in her PVs like Mirrorcle World which makes it feel really fake. I'll stay listening to her, but I think my ultimate love for rock has replaced a part of my interest in her

Utada Hikaru

Her voice is getting shakier and it was really noticable in her HEART STATION/Stay Gold single.. I feel as if her latest releases are more for attention then really to entertain her fans. Once again, a lot was recycled like Kiss & Cry and when listening to her HEART STATION, I realised that everything sounded the same. Or at least, it felt as she re-used a lot of beats, synths and such for her songs. Which is why I lost respect because ULTRA BLUE and DEEP RIVER both were amazingly creative and full with variety, nothing sounded the same.. And I can't say the same for this album.

Don't feel bad for losing interest in an artist. Maybe you're just tired of Ayu these days. It's natural. There's no need to feel bad; your interest in her may be rekindled someday. I sometimes lose interest in her as well, but that's usually due to my playing her music constantly.

As for me, I've lost interest in Tamaki Nami and AAA. They bore me now.

I said Utada a while back, and I still have to agree with that. I was hoping that HEART STATION would revive my liking for her, but that album did nothing for me.

Hmm...well, I've lost interest in Crystal Kay and Sowelu. For the past year, I haven't really been caring too much about the stuff Nami Tamaki's been releasing. I also haven't really been listening to YUI since her debut single (I've heard a few stuff here and there, and the only thing I've liked since I saw her first video was ROLLING STAR). I like a lot of ORANGE RANGE's earlier stuff, but I haven't really liked a lot of their recent stuff. It's not that I've lost interest in her (lol everyone knows when something of hers is released), but I'm really picky with Utada Hikaru's stuff. I haven't liked a lot of her stuff past ULTRA BLUE, though.

I'm not as excited about new Ayu songs as I used to be. All of her summer songs sound the same and some of her rock stuff just sounds too cluttered. Keep hoping for the one song that will blow me away, I think maybe she needs a break to find a new sound. Think I am in the minority of people who thought (miss)understood was good, but Secret was kind of blah. Guilty improved a little.

BOA
Was more a fan of her older songs like Valenti, My Name and Quincy. Nothing really stands out.

Gackt
It comes and it goes. Loved Diablos! Returner not so much.

Love Utada's new stuff, though it starts to sound the same.
Namie's new single and last 2 albums were pretty good.
Koda Kumi I am starting to like a little. The constant sexy image was too much for me and I am a guy. Last Angel is cool.

(miss)understood was excellent imo (HEAVEN, alterna, Will, rainy day, Ladies Night, criminal, STEP you, In The Corner...i practically loved the entire album). However Secret and GUILTY were a little mediocre imo. Even though Secret has one of my favorite ayu songs ever, BLUE BIRD, the rest is too bland and somewhat forgetable imo. I kinda hope the Mirrorcle World single will not be put in her next album, and that she doesn't fill the entire album with loads of prologues, preludes, interludes and all that crap.

There are multiple artists that come to mind with this thread:

Utada Hikaru:
Oddly enough, I used to consider her and Ayu my favorite artists. However, since the release of her Single Collection Vol. 1, nothing after that (not counting Exodus) was really that great. The singles have all been dull, and I don't consider any of her songs after that compilation to be classics. HEART STATION especially was just crap. It was dull and boring, and everything I used to hate in the Hikki tracks I'd always skip on her older albums. Unless she does something amazing with her second English album, I just really won't give two craps about her.

Ito Yuna:
Never have I so rapidly shifted my opinion of an artist. I first heard of her when Precious was released as a single and fell in love with that song, as well as ENDLESS STORY and losin'. However, once her debut album was released, I hated it. The entire thing was just a collection of lackluster filler tracks that couldn't even qualify as mediocre B-sides. Her second album was not any better, and only one of her singles were good (I'm Here). I eventually just started hating her voice and now I can't stand her at all. The extremely disappointing covers of My Heart Will Go On and All I Want For Christmas just sealed the deal. I'm done with her for good.

Shiina Ringo:
I will always have an enormous amount of respect for Shiina Ringo for all the work she did priot to Tokyo Jihen, but she just fell into mediocrity. What was once amazing became unappealing and just good, not amazing or spectacular like she used to be on her own. I was ecstatic when I heard she would be releasing a fourth solo album, but was sorely disappointed to find out that it was basically a collection of remixed old songs and some cheesy new ones. I've quit following Tokyo Jihen because I just don't have any faith in them ever since they went straight to jazz music.

Every Little Thing

Old stuff, good. Now stuff, bad. lol. Her change in singing style just threw me off...

Lately, many artists that started waning released something spectacular, so that saved them for me. Examples in spoiler...

Spoiler:
EXAMPLES

Hamasaki Ayumi

Usually, I REALLY like the song when it first comes out. Before, I'd be able to memorize the lyrics within the week. But now... it's just taking a while for it to grow on me. Oddly enough, I was SUPER excited when I heard about MW. Plus, after the PV interpretation, I literally fell in love with it.

Amuro Namie

She saved herself with 60s70s80s. I LOVE the whole single, it's so cool! I like how she mentions Twiggy in NEW LOOK. Ahaha.

Utada Hikaru

Prisoner of Love. Flavor of Life. enough said.

Ito Yuna

I thought the duet with Celine was just amazing. (A world to believe in)

When I see everyone else's thoughts, I can understand your viewpoint. As Madden-X mentioned, her tours are becoming recycled. But after all, when you think up many ideas on your own, you're bound to dry up sooner or later... Plus, I kind of viewed TOUR OF SECRET as like a BEST OF tour, since it's the first ASIA tour she did. May be this year will be different (and I'm kind of hyped abot the theme, it's SUPER promising).

This is sad...but a lot of people are doing it, and I must say I have to now too...

Ayumi Hamasaki:
She really isn't the way she used to be, I love how her vocals have evolved and what not, and Mirrorcle World is an amazing song, but come one, she's doing the same things over and over again, and the comment about her tour with all the same old crap over and over again, My Story tour(I LOVE IT!), but when she started doing the same things after it for her newer ones I just stopped watching, sadly Namie Amuro's are always the same, but I could watch those a thousand times over before I ever watch a Ayumi tour besides A Museum, My Story, and her CDL 04-05.
