Over 100k sales!! So amazing! I have no doubt Morning Musume will be perfectly fine after Reina's graduation. <3

I lost all interest in s/mileage after Saki and Yuuka graduated. Those 4 girls had great chemistry and it's been forever since H!P had a proper 4 person group (GUARDIANS 4 doesn't count since that was more like a sub-unit anime thing). I'll probably give them another chance when their 2nd album comes out but I'll never be able to like them as much as I originally did.


anyway c-ute is SLAYING they're starting to sell more than Platinum-era Morning Musume

Golden Chinatown sold 31K it's first week making it Berryz's highest 1st week ever (that was previously Dschinghis Khan with 30K).

I hoping they can get between 40K~50K in the long run.

Smileage's "Be the New Me" 's NINKI is 4. 38.20. The group above them (VAMPS) only sold 22K with their last single so S/mileage has a good chance of being Top 3 this week.

Btw, I'm listening to "Smile Sensation" right now. Even if you weren't a fan of the last three singles, definitely give it a listen. Some of the album tracks on this album. Are. Insane. It's like Tsunku finally figured out that album tracks can be used for experimentation instead of mid tempo B-side filler. Even the less experimental tracks are just. Good. It's a really good listen, made me appreciate "Suki yo" a bit more too. Plus having my baby Meimei's lone voice open up the album certainly doesn't hurt. <3

Still unnamed but it features 5 Kenshuusei and one other girl that's under UFP

YAY NEW GROUP, and like S/mileage, they are starting as an indies group and the member line-up isn't final quite yet...

All the report videos are just sad to watch. She will forever become my H!P golden girl.

I got to meet Mano when she was in LA promoting a movie and had an event at Club Nokia. She's so adorable, I will miss her in H!P, but I wish her all the luck in her acting career!

I'm excited for the new group! I already love Karin

They're in kind of slumped area....to me they aren't exciting as they once were lol. Luckily they're (S/mileage) is releasing an album on 5/22

^ Most people are actually happy with J=J's sales xD It's because it's only an indies single, and sold better than S/mileage's. So it's a good start
