a friend of mine will go to the next ayu concert. And she want to buy a ticket online. Does somebody know a Homepage for foreign fans?

There is no online website for concert tickets. If she wants to purchase online, she can buy from yahoo auctions Japan, but with a middleman, so be prepare for higher price.

Or actually, after reaching Japan. she can just buy the tickets in those resellers shops in Japan, Ayu tour concerts tickets aren't hard to find in those reseller shops.

Higher levels tickets can be found from 3000yen. I even manage to get arena seat ticket, and it's cheaper then the retail price.
