Help with password

Hello, I don't know if this is the right place to post this, if is not, sorry.
I actually forgot my AHS password and i can't enter my account from any other device than this (a really old macbook i haven't used in 3 years) because is the only one that remember it. I neither can't change it because i don't remember the old one, I also tried to contact administrator but I send him a message twice and i didn't get a response.
Is there anything I can do? Thank you in advise

Do you still use the email you registered with? In that case, ask for a new password
