The original is awesome too.. I dunno.. I just like this version better... it is just richer I think.

I first heard "How Soon Is Now?" when I saw the movie The Craft a few years ago and really liked it. To be honest, I like both the Love Spit Love version and the Tatu version. The LSL version fits perfectly in the movie and on Charmed while the Tatu version fits perfectly in the album. I still have yet to hear the original, though.

I love this song! I really like the original, too. There's just something about it that's sort of hauntingly creepy, which I really love. The Tatu version ruined it completely, though.

ok well i was listening to both versions of the song to try and figure out why i like the original so much more.
i think its because the cover version makes the song seem angry and aggressive, while the original is a hauntly depressing song. i just think changing the mood of the song takes away from it because it seems so desperate and beautiful the way the smiths do it. so in conclusion i have thought way too much about it

the new version is okay... gives it a different feel. I like the version by the Smiths... I like the singer's voice better... but I think that's the only reason why I like it more. the song is simply wonderful; it'd be hard to make it sound bad (though I haven't heard the tATu version of it)
