Talking Recommend me some music please

I am looking for a male voice, pop or rock, and if there are any experimental japanese bands or singer, I'd like to hear about them too. I already listen to jpop, my favorites being Ayumi, Ai, Nami Tamaki and Utada, but everytime I listen to a new jpop song, it's sung by a woman, so I want something with male vocals. No r&b or hip hop please. So recommend away!

Are you looking for male singers, experimental bands, or experimental bands with male singers? Just for the record, Japan has probably the biggest experimental scene in the world, so it's not too hard to find something experimental here.

Some 'experimental' recommendations (or rather, artists and bands working outside the regular pop scene):

OOIOO - Feather Float
Boredoms - Vision Creation Newsun
Tujiko Noriko - Shojo Toshi
Mono - Walking Cloud and Deep Red Sky, Flag Fluttered and the Sun Shined
UA - Sun
Xinlisupreme - Tomorrow Never Comes
Yellow Magic Orchestra - Solid State Survivor

There's loads more, but all these have at least some pop-sensibility that should make it rather easy to get into them (specifically OOIOO, Tujiko Noriko and Yellow Magic Orchestra).

- REMIOROMEN
- HYDE
- L'Arc~en~Ciel

You could also try HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR. As sora2522 said, it's a female lead singer, but the guy also sing! And it's a great great band! My personal favorite!

Gackt, L'Arc~en~Ciel, Hyde, Dir en grey, Pierrot, Psycho le Cemu, Fanatic Crisis, Yamashita Tomohisa, KAT-TUN, Arashi.

Most of these are boy bands, but good ones x3 And a few are rock bands, too, since most Jrock bands have guys as the lead singer (That's not a bad thing, however.)

Some of my favorite voices are Kirito's from Pierrot (he also has a solo career ^_^), Janne da Arc, and Siam Shade. Siam Shade's members have solo careers too. If you want to check out the lead singer for Siam Shade, his name is Hideki ^_^
