the drop is relatively low. it will be interesting when A BEST 2 sales stabilize or just drop altogether.

However, I have to add something...
I saw the 7th week on the ORICON site this morning, WAY before it was posted on AHS, and as I wanted to post them I already found that the 2nd thread was closed.
But I didn't create a new one. WHY ?
Because Rody! did a lot of efforts to have a complete thread full of informations about A BEST 2, everything from the World Unite Chart until the ORICON, the daily/weekly/mounthly charts, it was perfect, well done and took a lot of time & preparations, it's just a question of 'respect' for me to continue or not this A BEST 2 Charts+Sales thread, Rody! made the 1st & 2nd, why taking the initiative to make a 3rd until now ?
I really was waiting him to create the 3rd Thread...

Personally, I find ridiculous to make a 3rd thread by someone else than Rody! - no offense, it's just my own opinion -, but Kouichi has the right to do it afterall, it's just a question of considering all the effort put on that thread that suddenly went on nothing now...

[I just wanted to say that I understand your disappointement Rody!, really =/]

Thanks anyway Kouichi for these stats, I can't say it's your mistake since you didn't do anything wrong in the administration view, hope you'll continue updating this thread =)

(Same goes for those who repost the news they already saw in a new thread just to be credited everywhere)

Well, not a huge drop this week, but still I'm not satisfied from those sales v__v
While some compare them to Secret's sales to show how A BEST 2 is a 'success', remember we are talking about a BEST # ORIGINAL album...

Hope it'll reach at least 700k, I can't imagine A BEST 2 under the 700k O.o

Oh, everyone! Just so you know... When "Secret" was in its eigth week, it had a total of 645 000 ish. Between the eigth and sixteenth week, it sold approx. 1000-5000 each week, and ended up selling 21 000 (ish) between week 8 and week 16. If A BEST 2 -WHITE- follows this same pattern, then it's sure to hit the 700 000 mark!

Same. I saw the sales last night, but since Rody! did the first 2 threads, I wanted to leave it to him.

^Same goes for me I wanted to open a thread this morning but I got a second thought and saw Rody! on the 2nd thread doing it so well so I said to myself I can't wait for him to open the new one and then be happy with ayu's A BEST 2 sales ^_^.
Rody! did a pretty fine job and in some things he said I agree with him some things a bit less but I hope Rody!'s ok and will keep to do good work with ayu's sales.

lol, all the A BEST 2 bias is gone now... I wonder if it went by so fast around the first A BEST release. I guess the biggest fuss is all the weeks before the release and then a week or two after the release... then after that it's just a memory

IMO, it'd be a lot more manageable since there probably wouldn't be 500 releases in the span of like a month, since each post within the thread would be a sales post.. you know?

A BEST 2 -BLACK- Sales: 1,848 (Monthly Rank: 12)
A BEST 2 -WHITE- Sales: 1,824 (Monthly Rank: 13)

That's a lot of CDs considering that most of the time, CDs don't sell a lot in Korea in general..

Sales in Korea are rediculous... The top one sold 19,000 and the rest less than 9,000 omg...

Pretty reminds me the sales of CDs in Israel... lol gold CD here is 10,000 and they all sell around 500-12,000 or something like that. Korea's better though in CD sales lol.
