Even if Brit was upset, she still should've put that aside for about 3 minutes and put on a good show. She knew how much was riding on this comeback, and she blew it. I don't believe all the blame, if any, should be placed on Sarah.

I don't believe in the whole "she was upset about the joke" thing. I've never been a fan, but I felt sorry for her. I wish she would have rocked. Poor (not so poor) Brit.

The best Host for the VMA's would have to be Jimmy Fallon and his opening for the 2002 VMA's. That was hilarious. Back when the VMAs were actually about, you know, music.

Yea, MTV just about sealed their fate.....there's a whole lot of BASHING going on all over the net! I think MTV's best host was Chris Rock....plenty of laughter and great performances. MTV will prolly never be the same again! Such a shame! Well, might as well watch the Perez Hilton thingy! (lol)

that sounds kinda half-assed if anything.

when I look at it, it seems like her foot was doing most of the twisting instead of her heel its self, just that one time it seemed like. I couldn't even see what the pointer was pointing at half the time.

Bad shoe choice, normally entertainers don't get shows with heels that tiny unless they're not gonna be moving around like Britney was. Costume designer should be shot.

It's obvious that the shoe didn't change much. If she'd had to change her entire routine during the performance to compensate for a broken heel that would have thrown the dancers out of synch aswell. She was were she was supposed to be at all time's and it sucked. Nothings gonna change that fact. If she was smart she would have taken her boots off and made it look like part of the performance so she could dance easier (If she actually had any better dance techniques for the performance which I doubt).

Sidenote: Why the hell is Kanye West always allowed to play the Black card. I'm sure there's some form of racism in that, saying white people won't let him win. What a tosser.

just because she wasn't extra-thin or at her best shape doesn't mean she was fat, THAT is not being fat... that's being chubby

she was ridiculous there dancing with (almost) no clothes, if you're going to do that in international tv you should be in your PERFECT shape
that's why she's being bashed, but uh uh, imo not fat at all
