It makes me think of Love Actually... that's my all time favourite movie. I think I will watch it 20x this Christmas.

Jingle Bell Rock is probably my favorite since it was the first Christmas song I learned how to play on the violin

After spending 2+ months working in a department store where they constantly played the same 12-track xmas cd over and over (it was one they were promoting)... i must say there are 12 certain carols that i can no-longer stand.
but there are a few that i like Mariah Carey's All I want for christmas is you and the christmasey songs from the Nightmare Before Christmas: Kidnap mr Sandy Claws What's this and Making Christmas

Favorite Xmas songs?
I know we don't all celebrate Xmas here, but I still though I'd ask...what is everyone's favorite Xmas song? What song puts you into the Holiday mood and makes you think about Xmas and sledding and snow and etc...?

I normally don't listen to holiday music, but one Christmas song I really like is Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24 by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Highly recommended.

I don't remember too many Christmas songs right off the top of my head (I guess they've been played so much that I have learned to ignore them whenever I go shopping...).
But one song that is quite nice for me (and appropriate for this Christmas) is "I'll Be Home for Christmas".

Andy Williams One word: Nostalgia. I pray for this song to come on the radio every year. Nothing beats the original, talented voice of Andy Williams. White Christmas Bing Crosby (not Ayumi Hamasaki) A beautiful piece that cannot be replaced by ANY artist. Sure, someone else can sing it, and I still like Ayumi's verison, but NOTHING beats the original. Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree Brenda Lee (not Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus) Again, nostalgia. It's just so much fun to sing and dance to and it really makes me want to party the night away, happily with family. Where Are You Christmas? Faith Hill A glorious piece, both great in this version and the movie version. Faith Hill shows in this song that she's got one hell of a voice. Believe Josh Groban An enchanting song from the most magical movie ever made from the most treasured (Christmas) book ever written -- "The Polar Express."

I still can't believe they made this song, because it..doesn't fit my general opinion of them. lol Madonna - Santa Baby This song never ages. Amuro - White Light I like Christmas songs a lot where it's not dropping the word Christmas every five seconds. Also, the video's hot.
