I'm not really sure on this, but it means something like Opening of something of Heaven or something like that, maybe someone fluent in pretty pony~pretty pony~pretty pony~ can translate this?

i think its the remixer that names most of her mixes. and some fo the times (ex. nicely nice, laugh & peace) its just named straight after the mixer ...

Be careful. Don't say pretty pony~pretty pony~pretty pony~. Say JPN or spell it out completely. I'm not trying to be rude, but pretty pony~pretty pony~pretty pony~ is a derogatory word (ie. racial slur).
