im so torn between the cd+dvd firstpress or cd only...the cd only cover is 10x better, in my book. but do i want the dvd?! ugh! i need to decide soon haha.

You will NEVER have OS versions on CDJapan, because OS versions are FORBIDDEN in Japan during a couple of years after Japanese release.

Only Yesasia, Play-Asia, and HMV Hong-Kong sell OS versions.

They are not aloud to be imported into the country, I think that's what he meant.
