Why the double post? And how come you keep comparing everyone to Mariah? You went into the Madge thread and said she wasn't as good as Mariah as well. It's you crazy Mimi fans that make me start to really dislike her.

^I think Mariah is bit overrated now. I mean, I like her and all but she ain't that good of an artist. If it wasn't for EOM, I wouldn't have given her any attention, tbh. Before that album, I wasn't into her at all. I liked a few songs here and there but I didn't really care for her. I just never understand the hype that surrounded her when she first started out (other than her voice).

Well I think she WAS an amazing artist (as in from her first album until maybe Rainbow), but now her music is just very mediocre. I mean, I do own EoM and E=MC2, but neither is a great album. They're both good, but not much more :\

But back to Leona, Spirit apparently sold 81k this week, which was only a couple thousand behind Mariah, and of course behind Madonna since it was Hard Candy's debut week. Still, I'm really impressed with the sales and the fact that she is beginning to get widely recognized here. Pretty much everyone seems to know who she is now and that's fantastic.

Spirit is well-recieved in singapore too, for example in Sembawang she's at 3rd now, with Hard Candy as 2nd and BACK TO THE OLD SKOOL as the first. E=mc2 is at 7th by the way..but i like the album.

I love Leona Lewis. I have an UK Edition of Spirit, but I'm drooling over that deluxe edition now. I'm just not so sure if that's released in Finland too. But Forgive Me is being played here, but I think it's not so popular as Better In Time and Bleeding Love were. But anyways, I want that deluxe edition because of those new songs. ^__^

My favourite songs from Lewis are Bleeding Love, Whatever It Takes, Better In Time, Homeless, Take A Bow and I Will Be. And Forgive Me, which I have heard only once, but I liked it. :3

Chace Crawford is adding another role to his resumé – the Gossip Girl heartthrob will star in singer Leona Lewis's video for her next single, "I Will Be," which was filmed Thursday in New York City.

"He has speaking lines in the video as well as just appearing in it," a source tells PEOPLE, adding enthusiastically, "It will be the most anticipated video in January."

So how did the seemingly unlikely pair – both are 23, though she was born in London and he, in Texas – come together?

"Chace went to London a couple months ago for meetings and to promote Gossip Girl. He went to a party and ended up meeting Leona," the source reveals.

The two "hit it off and talk every once in a while and have become fast friends," the source adds.

The result? "A couple weeks ago Leona called Chace and asked if he would be in her next video. He obviously said yes."
