She's wearing a corset so she probably can't breathe and thus the stiff, uncomfortable pictures? Maybe that's what's off? Hmm I'm not sure.... I don't quite see what you see...

Well, to get more specific, her lips look way too blown up and the rest of the picture seems over photo shopped (that's the usual lately though) and her expression is kind of lifeless. I don't think the corset is really the problem, she's taken corset pictures before without looking so unnatural. I like classy sexy on Ayu, but as some others have pointed out, this is much less classy than the first photo shoot.
