I've always wondered what kind of a place she lives in. There are TONS of rumors of the locations where she lives. Really, if you look up "where does ayumi hamasaki live" in japanese on google you will find so many different places. (Probably she does have like 14710923847 places...)

anyways it's pretty interesting to see.

(ALSO) I read on wiki that she is rumored to have a place in Minami-Azabu in the Minato District of Tokyo
