the performances were recorded over a month before the broadcast, laying an autotuner over it takes seconds. And every good artist sounds better live than recorded, be it because of actual vocal qualities or performer qualities.

I just think that that girl, though singing well, gives really boring performances, she might be an okay vocalist, but she is a bad performer. A common "illness" in pop music.

hmmm I'm just going by what I hear and the knowledge that T.V. performances are usually live.
The rest of the performers had some off notes (including Nana) so I was simply saying that May'n sounded the best out of all of them in my opinion. And not all singers are good performers unfortunately, but then I guess we should just enjoy them for what they do best - sing.

For Nanas song, even with autotuning, it's basically impossible to get rid of the off notes, the song is just way too fast and has way too big jumps at some points. You could say it's too hard even for a computer xD

Fever is excellent IMO
I may even enjoy it more than Diamond because I love the setlist. It's a really fun show.
Plus it's worth it for the epicness that is the Trinity Cross performance!!

DIAMOND > FEVER > Formula > Fighter Red > Museum > Fighter Blue

That's my opinion on her recent concerts. FEVER is much more fun-centered and it has some amazing performances, however, the ugly yellow wedding dress which can be ripped off to reveal an ugly yellow ****ty maid outfit is horrible.

(And RAINBOW sucks xD BIG TIME)

I think it was more a nun costume actually XD and yes it was hideous
most of the costumes at diamond were better
but the beautiful blue dress at Fever beats that ugly multi-layered blue and black cake dress at Diamond. XD
I still love the Trickster costume at Fever though <3

^ I love the cake dress xD

For me, the bad costumes were the wedding/nun/maid dress at FEVER and the first one of DIAMOND. These were like: WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU WEARING? And then there comes the opening from MARIA & JOKER and she looks so beautiful o.0

That happens if you don't check Danies for some time xD

However, I gradually grow to hate him/her, he/she seriously insulted Ayu as tone deaf(she IS deaf, *****!) but in the same post wrote he enjoyed Perfume's performance on Kouhaku very much I mean..WTF?

And I already found the first Blurayrip of Diamond disc 1 on the internet...yay xD

Danie's a girl lol
and yes I saw that comment about Ayu but I like Perfume so I can't say anything about that...
I wish there was a Nana Forum actually it would be nice!
There isn't really a place to get Nana news that's why I check Danie's blog

I find it very weird to insult one artist for not hitting notes and then say you love the performance of another one that was playback.

...if my computer did't go "**** you" a few months ago there would be a forum + fansite xD
I will start working on it in a few weeks, promise^^

And Danie is really a girl? Well, she always kept talking about Nanas legs and lesbians seem to be pretty rare(more than gay guys), so I expected her to be a guy. xD

By the way Phantom Minds is at 4440 today but I'm not sure what the total is now cause I think I missed a day
but we will find out tomorrow I guess! And then we can celebrate Nana's first Number 1 single!!! wheeeee

YAAAAAAY xD
I hope she will get her second number 1 album then soon^^ It's amazing UD broke the 100k
And still 4400 today...this is not much lower than Ayus sales xDDD

With FEVER and DIAMOND Nana now 100% got me, I considered myself a hybrid of fan and casual listener before, now I'm an all-out fan o.0 Watching at least ~two hours of these concerts every day...ETERNAL BLAZE from DIAMOND right now.

For me Live Fighter was actually a little disappointing, liked Formula better. The only really amazing thing about Fighter was Hime Murasaki in red side.

I thought FIGHTER was awesome as it was my first Nana concert, but it wasn't as amazing as I expected it to be. Obviously DIAMOND lived up to and surpassed all my expectations XD I've heard good things about FORMULA so I need to see that, definitely FEVER and RAINBOW are next on my list!

I skimmed through the RAINBOW video file and... why does it seem so outdated? I mean, everything, the costumes, the video quality, the camera work... It's only from 2005. 2005, for crying out loud! XD That was the same year as Ayu's MY STORY tour and Kuu's FIRST THINGS tour and both of those are still modern and contemporary examples of concerts today. LIVE RAINBOW looks so... 90s-ish. It was only 5 years ago, wth XD

When I watched RAINBOW I was like: Is this really a 00s concert? I watched 90s stuff that looks more modern. For everything!
Well...for DVD qualities, I'd say even LIVE FEVER still has a bad quality, I watched the ISO of it yesterday and it wasn't much better than the mp4 rip I had before, however, that might be some encoding error from Kings Records because DIAMOND had great quality.

And PHANTOM MINDS broke the 50k yesterday! Comparison: Shin Ai sold 61k so far and Mugen around the same.
