We are deeply sorry to inform you that we have to cancel your pending pre-order Rock N Roll Circus Special Limited Box Set [CD+DVD Limited Edition](#18527480), as our supplier just informed us that there has been a shortage of supply due to the large production cut from the manufacturer.

We fully understand that you are disappointed and I can only assure you,
that we did all we could to get this item you ordered from an alternative source. Unfortunately we did not succeed.

On the other hand we do have some good news because we were able to get our hands on some exclusive merchandising products (posters, stickers). We will be giving out these exclusive merchandise for free to customers who would like to switch to the Regular Edition or the Hong Kong Edition.

Please accept our sincere apology for all the inconvenience caused and in case
that you already pre-paid the item, I would like to ask you to reply to
this e-mail and inform if you prefer the refund to your bank or PayPal
account, or as a store credit.

SoldierofSilence is right, Canadian custom can hold anything they want. Once I had to pay duty and tax even tho I used EMS as shipping method. In their eyes shipping methods do not affect the tax calculation. As long as you mark the parcel as gift and its value is less than $60, you don't need to pay for the tax. Somehow, it may affect the time length they hold your parcel. From my experience, they have never held on the items for more than a day if I used EMS.

Wow... that's very very long. I've never encountered that (touch wood again...). This is actually the first time they've held my item for that long (which is a week long).

this is nice but well,they should've close the pre-order as soon as possible.they are accepting the orders for weeks

Sure! I'll ask if he can. I'm going to pay him about $130 for mine. The only problem is he might not be able to find two since he said only 1 was available at his store near his hotel. I'll ask him to keep a lookout for another one just for you tho

I know...it's such a shame PA didn't know that they ran out of boxes on time...
I also ordered from them...and wow...I think I got lucky somehow...but still waiting for my box though

I just wish Avex started producing items like the boxsets, USB for NL in bigger quantities especially more for online retailers. It's ridiculous quite honestly they run out same day they are available despite pre-orders usually being a month before. It's also a shame it seems this time alot of orders have been having problems with shipment delays and everything just seems messy overall this time around.

i think the box could be held partly due to the tea part, as food is a little tricky in some countries....

I don't know if it happened like this (all messy, as you say) because AYU took a lot of time to finish and they didn't postponed the release date, so at the end they might have had to rush? d't k
Or was it just because Avex didn't provided the exact/right amount of info. about the boxes?

Anyways...the thing is that there have been a lot of probs with these boxes, indeed...

I hate when people only buy the boxset so they can sell it later for an overcharged price since it's limited.

My box left Paris some 36 hours ago and they still didn't update tracking info. It's just so weird. X_x I don't even know what it was doing in Paris. It Should be like Frankfurt-Kyiv and not Frankfurt-Paris-everywhere nowhere-Kyiv
