Meisa comes from May, which is the month which she borned. I'm not sure about from where Kuroki comes from (even with what you said XD), but it can be translated as "Black Tree".

I had no idea Meisa derives from the way you pronounce May in a different manner :O
I had a rough feeling the 'Kuroki' came from the last few parts of her real & surnames but wow that's really cool I do learn something new everyday

if I download something from the net , I will always go for mp3/128kpbs . If not , I downsize the file myself
I can't tell the difference between 320kpbs & 128kpbs either other than 128kpbs files let me save space in my mp3player if I have the physical CD , I will rip it at wma/48kpbs === Anyway , happy 23rd birthday Kuroki ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

omg this girl. I wish I discovered her sooner. I just took a listen to her MAGAZINE album and it's AMAZING. I love how most of her music is upbeat dance music, but her ballads are really good too. Just listened to her One More Drama single and it's also really good. Definitely going to keep an eye on her!

Kuroki Meisa’s new single “Wired Life” chosen as ending theme for “Ao no Exorcist”
Actress-singer Kuroki Meisa’s 5th single “Wired Life” has been picked up as the ending theme to anime “Ao no Exorcist“, which is currently airing on TBS. The song, Meisa’s first to be featured in an anime since her 2008 debut, will go on air beginning July 10th, and the single is expected to be released sometime in September. — It seems that Kuroki was chosen for the anime because of her music’s ability to convey the strength of humanity and the bond between people. She accepted the offer and created the song with the help of producer Nao’ymt (pronounced “Na-oh-Y-M-T”), who has worked with artists such as Amuro Namie and CHEMISTRY. “Kuroki Meisa’s charm and strength as a human being relates to our main character who goes against all odds to strengthen himself and his friends.”, said the anime’s producer. “‘Wired Life’ is the kind of song that widens your view of the world, and I am very thankful for that”, he added, expressing his gratitude. — “Ao no Exorcist” is based on the popular manga by Kato Kazue, and it has been published monthly in the manga magazine “Jump SQ.” (Shueisha) since 2009. Six volumes have been published, and more than three million copies have been sold. http://www.tokyohive.com/2011/06/kur...o-no-exorcist/
