^ Personally I was not expecting an album, at least not right now. I was quite sure that one will come out this year, but I thought it would be released later this year.
But like I said, it's a pleasant surprise!

I like the title of the album a lot, but I don't think that the LE this time is so great. I mean only a "special lyrics booklet". No photobook or one or two songs that people, who don't buy the LE, will not get?
Well...on the other hand it's nice, because people who only buy the RE will not miss out on so much.


But the "Dome DVD" sounds good, especially because it has A LOT of extras (documentary!!! ).
And the tracklist is really nice too, even when I don't like it as much as the other one!!
But I'm really looking forward to see "マダ上ヲ"!

looking back at their older album's release dates , quite a lot of them were released in July if not Aug

so for that , I was kinda expecting a new album will drop . I wouldn't want another single because this will mean there will be less album tracks to compliment the singles side by side together

but 17 tracks for 1 CD seems quite sufficient/packed . I don't know if JStorm will be cruel enough to remove a single or 2 from the tracklist since some of their singles are not included in their albums but are only found in their greatest hits albums

you'll never know but I'm definitely getting Beautiful World when the Taiwan press's out , it will be 1/2 if not 2/3 cheaper for me to afford haha

Mhm, I've never looked up their release dates, so I wouldn't know. But it's kinda nice that we somehow know, when we have to expect a new Arashi-album!

But 17 songs are really a lot. This means the new album will have nearly as many songs as their last one had.
I'm really looking forward to it, especially to the solos ( Riida ).

honestly , I'm worried whenever boybands include solo songs in their albums because the album tracks might be good but it's mostly the solos that will bring down the album a great deal

the opposite also can happen as well . I've seen that happening quite a lot to other Johnny's albums that include both solos & group songs in the same disc

it's different if it's separated . Like the 2nd disc being incorporated with such solos but yeah I wouldn't lie that I look forward to hear Ohno's solo since I mean hello ...

I don't know for the rest but I always say , surprise me please (in a good way)

I have to admit that I like nearly all of Arashi's solo songs. Okay, I LOVE all of Riida's solos (well...that goes without saying! ) and Nino's (HELLO "Niji"!!!! ).
Aiba's are mostly sweet and when I need something to get me out of depression, I listen to his solos.

But I have to admit that I have problems listening to MatsuJun's and Sho's solos, but I honestly have no idea why!

Ohno's solos are the only ones that I can safely say that I like all of them because he's not known as the best singer in the group for nothing

Aiba's solos are also good . He's not the best vocally but he's able to choose songs that conceal his limited vocal range & they mostly fit his personality as well aka happy go lucky

MatsuJun's solos are my least fave because he doesn't know how to choose a good song that can work within his limited vocal range unlike Aiba but I love I Want Somebody

Come back to me is many times better than Naked which never fails to make me cringe :x

Nino & Sakurai's solos are either hit or miss but if they're a hit , it's home run all the way xD

I'm NOT fond of Riida's (but his voice makes up for EVERY stupid title!!!! XDD)...and Nino..."Gimmick Game ~episode 2~!" or what?! XD

Then again sometimes a song title doesn't do justice to the song itself at the end of the day . ARASHI had some weird song titles like Crazy Moon but that's an example of a great song but serious case of weirdness

I like "Come back to me". I have never listened to "Naked", because the title alone makes me stay faaaaarrrr away from the song!

Mhm, I have the same feeling about Aiba's voice.
He is not the best singer, but he works hard to make his solos work for him!

Nino's solo are my favourite ones right after Riida's...mhm, save for "Gimmick Game". I just don't like this song. It's not Nino, in my eyes. It's so different from "Niji", "Yume" and "Konseki" (which I love!). Somehow it's like somebody forced him to sing this song. I don't know...I just don't like it.

Sho's solos are well...okay, I guess. I don't switch over them on the albums or anything, but I also don't go crazy over them.


@song titles: Jup, never judge a song by its title. But "Erotic Night" is still hilarious! The title sounds more like a song MatsuJun would sing!!

Midori-chan: does matsujun's voice have anything to do with you not liking his solo songs? as crazy & obsessed as i am, i always know that jun's voice is really...not the best. "Naked" would be my least favorite solo by him, as well. but "I Want Somebody", "Yabai-Yabai-Yabai-", and "Come back to me" are all so amazing! despite his voice, the feeling of these songs totally fit matsujun. so i find them pretty enjoyable to listen to. especially with the auto-tune, but i might be the only one who like jun with auto-tune...

did anyone hear "W/Me" too? i think that solo is from One. i thought it was a pretty cool song.

I Want Somebody is the only MatsuJun solo I like . It's not really a solo anyway cos the other 4 are backing him up a lot more than the other songs

but mmm I never really like his solos to begin with but Come back to me is so much more better than any of his other solos

The funny thing is, no!
I know that MatsuJun and Aiba don't have the best voices, but they're working hard and I respect them for that.

I have no idea why I like MatsuJun's (and Sho's) solos the least. I really enjoy "Come back to me" (his best solo in my eyes), but I don't like the others too much, even though the performance of "Yabai Yabai Yabai" is very funny and makes me laugh each time!

But maybe I'm so Riida- and in a way also Nino-biased, that the other solos are just not good enough!!

I really can't think of any reason why "To be free" should not be on the new album!!

I hope it will be, because this song and "Hatenai sora" are my favourite ones from Arashi's latest singles!!

what album would be To be free be on if it's not on Beautiful World? it'll be like...3 more years until their next best album (for their 15th anniversary) so that would be too long from now, lol. if Everything was included in BnMF, i think To be free will too. it's a MUCH better song, anyway. so i'll be sad if it's not included.

maybe To be free isn't really considered a "hit" according to YA, lol. the single has the least sales of all 5 singles, but it's still great for arashi's standards.

Anyway, I was definitely expecting a new album for June/July and I'm sooo happy they finally announced it! I already preordered both the album and new tour dvd
But I'll be a bit disappointed if they won't include To be free in the album T_T It's one of my favourite singles ç__ç Pleaaaase.. T_T

Well, at least we needed an album at this time. Not only we've got five singles since the last album, I think Arashi should release an album every year.

(Too bad we won't have an AKB48-vs.-Arashi fight this time around...)
