That's my experience with YA too. I have bought around 20-30 CDs and DVDs from them and their packaging was great all the time. Three layers of bubble wrap, tight and great. Not a single scratch at all. Maybe some if you guys were unlucky, or maybe I was lucky. I'm really sorry for you though Pommy. Urgh! :S

Spoiler:
We had such a nice time. We started dating in t2m PV, took it slow you know, let our love grow. Then it got really serious in 2008. Then after AT2009 we moved in together. It was lovely. Then on AT2010 he asked me to marry him. He was such a sweet. And Ayu gave us our blessings. She was also such a sweet. Now me and Maro are such a sweets together. Aaaw, how time flies.

When buying J-Pop I always add the items up in the carts to see who is cheaper. I usually buy stuff in bulk, so its usually YA that's cheaper. Never had a problem with the condition of my products. I only use CDJapan when its an item that is limited and there are limited quantities.

The only bad experience I had with YA was when I ordered JAPONESQUE.
The bonus clearfile was folded, so it broke because of the coldness out there (we were in February after all...). Other than that, always satisfied

I meant yesasia lol XD

But yeah, I know CDJapan is very good at wrapping stuff, although more expensive.

Actually if you've been watching YA prices recently, the price is quite close to what mu-mo is selling and with Free shipping (regular airmail) options those who like DHL.Fedex or EMS can also choose their express shipping.
And if there's any damage to your product, simply open a ticket and request for exchange. I did that twice (Usually for small cracks on the casing) and they even reimburse you with your shipping fees.
Nowadays they comes in 3 layer of bubble pack in security envelope. But still it depends on the postman delivery it to you =)

I was quite surprise that they charge
LOVE [Tales Edition] (Japan Version) - US$20.49 ~¥1,600 (mu-mo ¥1,575)
LOVE (Japan Version) - US$20.49 ~¥1,600 (mu-mo ¥1,575)
LOVE (Mini Album+DVD)(Japan Version) - US$31.49 ~¥2,459 (mu-mo ¥2,415)

They usually adds in the shipping charges into the products but now they don't. Guess they got from a better distributor who gave them a better price?

I never had a problem with yesasia...
they do charge a little more... but usually with free shipping it works out to be about on par with cdjapan.

I'm looking forward to it! At least I have some time to save up for these releases, I might wait til the second one is announced and buy 1 and 2 together, then get 3, 4 together and get 5 with what is probably going to be another full length album by her next anniversary lol

I usually order my CDs from YesAsia and I have never had a problem with them. Everything came in perfect condition and tightly wrapped in 3 layers of bubble wrap
CDJapan is just way too expensive for me, especially since I'd need to pay taxes as well!

Anyway, I'm not sure about LOVE. I'm excited about the new songs but I don't really like remixes... As many said already this seems more like a single. Just that they can charge 10$ more if they call it a mini album :/

I remember reading about it, mine was folded as well but luckily it was fine and now there's no trace.

I've been ordering from yesasia around 25 times (free shipping and no tax made up for slightly -usually up to 5$- higher price than the Japanese store price) so far and never had any bad experience, they usually come on the 12th day after shipping, only once it came on the 16th, nothing was ever damaged, the amount of bubble they use is crazy, I have tons of that and with bigger shipping they always pack it in a box.

I still can't believe she is doing this. I'm glad we don't have to wait too long in-between each release. I'm going to be happy for the next few months.

I wonder if a secret track will feature?
Every mini-album to date has had one?
(though, Memorial Address can be argued against as Memorial address was noted as a bonus track on the album?)

We know that there is a lot of material left over from Party Queen's original idea of two discs....
Also, vogue (the single) featured ever free following the vogue (Original mix -instrumental-).
So, being placed after the You & Me (Original mix -Instrumental-) isn't totally out of the question.

Saying that though, considering that this is the first of five consecutive releases, she probably won't (maybe if the final release is also a mini-album it will feature a secret track?).

Second thought: Perhaps it could be You & Me?
Considering all of its remixes on the album...
And it's theme of 'love'.
But then, it was the promotional song of A SUMMER BEST, so maybe not.

alright, the news really got me excited, which hasn't happened since the release of Love songs, I guess I'm happy we get smth new, even though, honestly, calling a single with remixes a mini-album is a bit ridiculous and reminds me of Korean ways for releases for girlgroups nowadays

I do, though, expect much from the upcoming year, and hope that everything will turn out great. I want really a lot of stuff
