People assume that it's plagiarism because the fan (Prince Sam) posted this on the day the logo was revealed: "omg I did it again I'm so surprised that they used once again one of my works I'm such a lucky fan" on Weibo, Twitter, Facebook. AND he even opened a topic about it on baidu where fans advised him to apply to enter Ayu's team (lol).
He clearly seemed genuinely happy and surprised about it, so much that he posted about it like everywhere! That's why some people are "outraged" here.
Personally I believe that they used his work without asking him once again. But well the guy doesn't care so...
EDIT: on baidu some people asked him recently if avex or Ayu contacted him. I wonder if he'll answer...
