この度私事ではありますが、兼ねてからお付き合いしていた北川景子さんと今日1月11日に入籍いたしました 。

最初から入籍を済ませた後にきちんと自分の口から自分の言葉で報告をしようとずっと思っていたので、やっと 皆様にお伝えすることが出来てとても嬉しく思います。

Tokyohive - Kitagawa Keiko and DAIGO announce their marriage!!

On January 11th, Kitagawa Keiko and DAIGO announced on their official sites and blogs that they have submitted a marriage registration.

Kitagawa wrote, "It's private, but I would like to make an announcement. I, Kitagawa Keiko, have registered a marriage with DAIGO-san today on January 11th. In this year which I will become 30 years old, I am starting to walk toward a new life. In order to grow more as a human and as an actress, I will face with each role/work sincerely more than ever without forgetting my feeling of gratitude to everyone."

DAIGO also made the announcement, "Though this is private, I have submitted a marriage registration with Kitagawa Keiko-san who I've been dating today on January 11th. I always wanted to make this announcement properly by myself with my own word after we officially got married, so I am very happy to be able to finally tell you. I would like to make a fun with full of smiles, rock and 'wish' family with each other. While helping and supporting each other, I will also work harder than ever."

The couple met through TBS drama "LADY ~Saigo no Hanzai Profile~" that aired in 2011, and their relationship was first reported in 2014. Apparently, DAIGO proposed to her after he ran 100 kilometres as a charity marathon runner for "24-Hour Television" back in August, and there was a rumour that the two would tie the knot sometime in January.

Today, Kitagawa Keiko and DAIGO announced that they have been married. The couple’s intentions to marry were reported on last fall. On her official site, Keiko released a statement reading, “There is a personal matter that I would like to tell everyone. I, Kitagawa Keiko, married DAIGO, today, January 11.”

DAIGO also announced the marriage on his blog. DAIGO wrote that he wanted everyone to hear the news of his and Keiko’s marriage from their own mouths, and that he is very pleased about the marriage. He continued by saying that he wants to build a happy, solid home with her that will bring them much joy in the future. DAIGO and Keiko will support each other in their careers, and DAIGO promises to do his best in the future.

I managed to watch the press conference earlier on & this's their 1st joint public appearance together (which's a bit crazy)

210 reporters were present inside the press conference

Kitagawa's ring is very nice (it's a 2 carats diamond ring) & both she + DAIGO registered their marriage today at 11.11am

And in true DAIGO's style , in comes another short form word , KSK = 結婚してください ; Kekkon Shite Kudasai which was how DAIGO proposed to Kitagawa

DAIGO (37) & Kitagawa Keiko (29) marry, submitted registration on Jan 11 at 11:11 am.

DAIGO guested in Kitagawa's drama in 2011, but they hit it off when they met again on Kaiyou Surprise on Jan 11 2014.

DAIGO said that when they started dating in spring 2014, they did so with marriage in mind.

Kitagawa's favourite number is 1, hence Jan 11, 11:11am. DAIGO joked that Nov 11 would have maxed it out but they couldn't wait that long.

DAIGO started his charity marathon on Aug 22, Kitagawa's birthday & proposed after with KSK (Kekkon shite kudasai).

Tokyohive - BREAKERZ' AKIHIDE to release his 5th solo album

BREAKERZ member AKIHIDE will be releasing his 5th solo album "Furusato" on March 23rd.

This marks his first solo album in a year and a month since he last released "Tsuki to Hoshi no Caravan."

Reportedly, the theme of this upcoming album is "Wa (Japanese)", and he will express the changes of the four seasons with acoustic guitar.

The details on the album will be gradually announced on AKIHIDE's official site.

With the release of "Furusato", he will kick off his live tour "AKIHIDE Live Tour 2016 'Sakura no Mori no Mankai no Shita de" which he make stops in Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka.
