Oricon wrote that Finally 1st day sales is the highest by a solo act for 2017

https://www.oricon.co.jp/news/2100354/full/?ref_cd=tw

@ Baco__ - I don't think tickets are transferable and let alone Namie's concert tickets are digital & not a physical ticket

Also not necessary you have to ballot for the maximum no. of tickets . You can ballot only for 1 ticket & your chances might be higher , you never know

The 2nd time I went back Japan to watch a countdown live concert in Yokohama , I balloted for 1 ticket via the fanclub (cos my friends are also in the fanclub & I flew back to Tokyo on my own . Maximum no. of tickets each fanclub members could ballot was 4) and my balloting was successful

Namie's upcoming Dome tour , probably only each person can ballot for 2 tickets & not 4 (be it if you're in the fanclub or not) seeing that demand will be super duper high

Yup

Price comparison against Finally & KinKi Kids's upcoming 20th anniversary best album The BEST (with all songs remastered)

Finally

3 CDs - 3,780 Yen
3 CDs + DVD - 4,644 Yen
3 CDs + Blu-ray - 5,184 Yen

The BEST

3 CDs - 4,860 Yen
3 CDs + DVD - 7,452 Yen
3 CDs + Blu-ray - 7,992 Yen

So yes the price differences between both best albums is quite substantial

Also as what Corvina said , it's a bittersweet feeling that while it's great that Finally has sold so well in just 2 days , this has to happen in line with Namie's retirement announcement

It's the same thing when SMAP announced they were disbanding last year & when they released SMAP 25 YEARS last Dec , it sold extremely well . It's still charting on Oricon btw

The fact that both SMAP 25 YEARS & Finally releases have a 25 number connection , it's a bit ironic ?

Btw I'm converting all 12 PVs included in Finally's Blu-ray disc from .m2ts to .mp4 and ok Christmas Wish PV ain't so bad after watching it in much higher quality .mp4 mode , I'm just annoyed the VR version is way nicer & more festive driven :x

Yeah, SMAP is another example.
They also had to retire to achieve such numbers.
It's just so sad for the Japanese market.

That's right! If you plan on going with someone, they also need to have a tickebo account. It's because at the entrance, they scan each individual ticket's QR code to let you in. So 4 people going means 4 different tickets on 4 different phones.

After you win your tickets, you can send the additional ticket to your friend's account through tickebo.

English or Japanese account doesn't matter, since the account itself works on both versions of the site.

There's so many posts about this so I feel like in a nutshell would be good hahah. So, it's not enough I have a fan space account for the ticket, I also need this ticket account? And it doesn't matter if it's in Japanese or English? So I can take part of the lottery, if I win, I'll receive the ticket from that ticket thing, do I need my friend in Japan to get it for me or can I get it myself before the concert?

Lol!

In summary, fanspace is completely seperate from tickebo. fanspace is Namie's fanclub whereas tickebo is just a concert ticketing site. You don't need to be a member of fanspace to get Namie's tickets, but you do need a tickebo account to apply for any of her lotteries since she exclusively sells them there.

Signing up through tickebo's English or Japanese site doesn't matter since your account will work on both.

Namie's tickets are digital. So if you win a lottery, tickebo will send you a link about 1-2 weeks before the concert date so that you can download the tickets to your account.

And if you're going with friends, they all need a tickebo account so that you can send their tickets to their account.

You will need to bring your phone to the concert, since they will scan the ticket's QR Code to let you in.

So that I understood right, even though I'm a member of Fan Space, I need the tickebo account to actually apply and recieve the ticket? And there's an english version for that? I'm going alone most likely but I have a friend in Japan who could get me the ticket/help if I need with receiving it

Thank you for your help haraiso! there'll probably be an email (hopefully in english as well) about when the lottery starts?

Yes. You will need a tickebo account regardless if you are a fanspace member or not. There's no other way to get her tickets.

There is an English version of the site here: https://ticket.tickebo.jp/pc/en/index.html

You can easily switch between the English site and the Japanese site by clicking on the language button in the top right corner of the site.

Applying for the ticket lottery is pretty straight forward. You'll just select the date you wish to attend, select how many tickets you wish to apply for, enter your credit card information, and then click submit.

Each lottery lasts about a week or so, and then the lottery results are usually announced one more week after that. On the day and time of the announcement, you'll receive an e-mail telling you whether or not you won. Your credit card will automatically be charged if you won. Otherwise, you'll just receive an email saying you lost and you can try again in the next lottery.

Everything is usually in Japanese, by the way. But a quick Google Translate is a simple solution

And a download link for your ticket, if you won, will be sent to you about a week before your concert date.

You don't need to. Just play the file on VLC Player and the file will start as if it's playing a Blu-ray disc.

Awesome. I wonder if that is counting preorders though? And also not to burst bubbles but getting tickets will be nigh impossible. I've already met several simply casual fans that have joined the fan club just to get a shot at tickets. It's going to be TOUGH.

Many people were criticising "Finally" (the album) but to be honest, I really loved all the tracks, specially the re-recorded versions.

Actually, I don't hate disc two as much as I did on my first listen. There are still some iffy re-recordings, but I don't think they're all terrible. Just a lot of ups and downs, even within a song.

I really like all the new tracks, too. Even "How do you feel now?" isn't that bad, and I was worried since TK's works have been boring recently.

haraiso must be really patient, cause he/she is explaining the same thing over and over for three pages now lmao (I'm not complaining nor judging, I've made overly detailed questions about the same theme as well, but I understood how it worked the first time and I'm like "oh, one more haraiso post explaining how to get tickets" hahaha do the thread already! Haha)

I also have a few questions about the tickets: can we resell them? I really want to go, but I don't wanna go by myself (I'll go if necessary, but it'd be amazing if I could go with a friend). If I happen to get 4 tickets from the fan club lottery and one or more friends say they can't go, can I resell the tickets or what? (I guess once the ticketbo thing is settled you couldn't resell since it's linked to your account, right? Haha)
