Hmmmm.... the impossible love, the hiding, the secrecy, the public not understanding. It sounds all so very interesting. It makes for a good album and interesting lyrics. Isn’t this ultimately what the public wants.

When I was 20, I had moved to another country, I was the supervisor in a clothing store and I was trying to become pregnant. I was an adult person making adult decisions. At 23, I'm now a mother and have bought my first house.

I don't agree at all to the "teen" and "power" comments. He's a big boy and he can make his own decisions.

As for the "dating the boss" thing... Well, we see American actors dating their co-stars all the time, so why shouldn't that happen in music? I don't know how much ayu is the boss of them all - I would believe she's more just part of the team. Also, how many other people do ayu actually meet, other than those she's the boss of? It would be sad if she should let a potential romance down just because they're working together - especially when it's probably limited how much time she spends with people who are not her coworkers. Also, it would be great for her to have someone she could actually "live in" with. If she finds someone outside her team, they'd probably not see each other very often.

And it it's dangerous for his career.. Well, it's his own choice.

Co-star isn't a boss.
Regardless, ayu can do whatever she wants. It's her choice and her consequences.

Maybe he's an exception too? But even if I'm very mature of my age, I still believe the average 20-year-old is old enough to decide who they are dating.

I know... But as I mentioned - how much of a "boss" is she really? Of course, she is the top of the cake, but she still works with them side by side. Unless it's a "come in to my office tonight and I'll give you a raise", I don't see the problem lol.

It’s not old school. It’s common sense, especially in the western world. It’s frowned upon for bosses to date subordinates because: 1.) they’re paying them 2). It’s a conflict of interest 3). It looks bad to other employees because it appears the boss is playing favorites when they actually are. Whether it’s intentional or not 4). Someone ALWAYS gets hurt. Whether it’s the boss, that employee they’re dating, another employee(s), boss/employee’s family, etc. 5). It’s bad for business. Not only is the boss and employee distracted, but it hurts both of their job performances and leads to bad business.
Also a 20 year old here state side is seen as immature to be married and have children because typically they are. I won’t even get into it all since this is all waaay off topic. Yes Ayu can do whatever she wants and I’m totally cool with that. I don’t even care if she dates an employee. I however wanted to point that misconception out about dating bosses. I know from personal experience

I mean, at the end of the day if it’s legal, there isn’t much to say. We can all push our own bias, but it’s not gonna change much. I see both sides arguments and both have their merits. The only thing I can hope is that Ayu has a good head on her shoulders and will successfully navigate life with the decisions she’s made.

^Yeap. There will be 65 years old smart people entering bad relationships even being experienced. There will be young people entering healthy relationships even with of their lack of experience and maturity. There's no one size fits all on this kind of stuff.

A younger person can even be the abuse part of the relationship with an older person.
