It’s a good thing because I always thought that she was more focused on what was going on Stage instead of really looking to her own performance.

I think she was often trying to balance all of those aspects since she is a perfectionist and for a while I think she was able to do it but maybe not as effortlessly in recent years?

In past documentaries, we have seen Ayu interpret her role as sort of the final director of everything. She looked at things as her having overall responsibility for the quality of her work and image, and that came to the stage set-up as well. She'd record rehearsals from different angles within an arena and then analyse how different fans would view the stage and if they'd look too long at her back or at a boring perspective, for example.

Her work ethic and attention to detail is very admirable, but I am relieved these days that she is pushing herself to trust those around her with this as well. That's admirable in its own way. It could mean fresh ideas are brought to the table too as well as Ayu having more free time.

I don’t neglect her role as a producer/director of her concerts she indeed does a fantastic work but I felt bit like the fact to be part of all the aspects of the shows production didn’t really allowed her to be concentrated on herself by that I mean as a vocalist (as a performer she is awesome) . The production is something stressful and tiresome so not really good for her singing... if her last performances are an indicator of what we can expect of her in the next years so she made a good decision to delegate more tasks.

None of these tasks impacted her vocals. Her vocal quality is down to many different factors, but not at her taking part in things as a director or producer. It's likely vocal damage which is quite common for artists forced to sing outside of their normal range for years (Namie reported having permanent vocal damage after her PLAY tour, and Utada had damaged vocal chords after her Wild Life tour, as two similar examples)

What Ayu can do best for her voice is to keep practicing good vocal habits, lower the key on some of her tracks that are outside her natural range, and rest her vocal chords properly. At least, that's from my uneducated point of view
As I said before, I'm happy she's surrounding herself with people she trusts now and doesn't feel it's all down to her. I just don't think her workload is what directly impacted her vocals at all.

^I don't think she cared enough to focus on it aswell... Otherwise she would have taken better care of her voice and learned better technique.

I don't really like to assume that sort of thing.There's TA posts where she rambled about how she knows that if her voice doesn't work, everyone's hard work is for nothing. There's much more behind the scenes we don't know and all I know is that Ayu has always cared about doing the best she can... and for that, I think she's always tried to do all she feels that she can. Now I just hope she puts her health first no matter what that means.

I agree with what you said but I still think that production is something demanding and tiring and can have an indirect impact on her whole condition.

Well, it seems her additional free time will be spent being a mother from the sounds of her post, so it's arguable if that is less tiring I can appreciate your point about overall exhaustion being a potential factor into things though. I also hope she has a healthier lifestyle these days in that regard.
