Gah! Ayu, why'd you do this to me now? All week I've been dying for news about crossroad and not only this but the 50TH SINGLE news comes up the night before I have to go back to work!!! I'm so excited, how the hell am I supposed to get sleep some much needed sleep tonight? lol

Seiko Matsuda (the girl who currently holds the consecutive #1 singles streak at 24) is also releasing something on September 22nd, except that she's on a different playing field - she's going to release a B-side compilation album, which people usually do not focus, including fans of Ayu - what these fans want is the consecutive #1 streak! Ayu's right now at 23; if she gets #1 two consecutive weeks she jumps out #1 in consecutive #1 streak among female soloists!

I think that Ayu can actually do well over Kuu - her sales are slightly better, I suppose...do you agree?

And at this pace, maybe she could release an album - or even the 51st single - around December or so...

From the TeamAyu mail. They mention that 3 songs are planned... so this could have more than 3 A-sides? It would certainly explain why they didn't say 3 A-sides to begin with. And they mentioned a luxurious composer team too? (Kikuchi and more?! CREA+DAI maybe? Ahaha.)

The XX in ASFXX has nothing to do with roman numerals. Rather, it's a Japanese way of representing blank characters. Like _____ or XX or OO. It's just blank.

She mentioned it in an interview, saying that the XX could represent whatever you wanted it to, and for her it was her mother or something.

It's quite interesting that Avex decides that Ayu's releasing her 49th and 50th singles back-to-back...

Going to be interesting to end the first half of the Asian (Japanese) 2010 fiscal year and to end the entire Western (American) 2010 fiscal year, because next week it would be the second half of Asia's 2010 fiscal year, while in America, we're getting started with the 2011 fiscal year!

And in America, school's just about to start soon! It's really interesting my school year would start off with Ayu's 49th and 50th singles!!!
