Though I have the feeling that this single could outsell Crossroad (it's 10 times better!) I honestly think that Avex won't let ayu lose her strike.... what is sad

her previous singles moon/gossip candy sell very close... and considering is a kuu ballad, she have all the numbers to sell a little more than ayu. let's see...

Maybe you should judge when full Crossroad song + PV are released, and we haven't even heard 1 second of Ayu's version of SEVEN DAYS WAR, nor have we seen even a glimpse of the blossom PV.

Just defending Ayu here, because Suki dex3 / anata dake ga really is an amazing single! Suki de has been stuck in my head I just don't really like the PV, it's soooo dramatic, but it kinda fits the song. I'm also worried for Ayu, good job Kumi!

What I mean is that the same ones that bash kuu all the time are the only ones I've seen bashing her lol and not others because of the singles thing.



You shouldn't feel scared. I'm pretty sure ayu is the one that gets bashed the most, and by her own fans mostly, which I find pathetic.

Also, funnily enough, I think you are the only one that seems to be bringing the ayu vs kuu to the kuu threads lol I haven't seen anyone else bringing that up but you. I understand you might be worried, but sometimes is better to let things go a little and forget about the "VS" thing? (Sorry if it sounds a bit rude, I don't mean it that way)

I love Kuu and I love Ayu so I hope I can say this:

Do they appear to be mimicking each other? They're release schedules are the same, even now to the point they're on the same day. Ayu is having a 7 day live special, Kumi is having an 8 day live special. Ayu is covering an old song now Kumi is coming out with the a cover album? I'm not saying this is a bad thing but does anyone else notice they're doing the same things this year? I wonder if that means they'll collaborate or something down the road!

How many cover songs has Kuu officially released so far? Avex loves to repackage previously released material so I'm sure that we'll have heard some of the songs on the album already.

"Got To Be Real" will probably be on it, maybe "Venus" too, is there anything else?

So basically it says she'll be covering Kayoukyoku and Jpop hit songs from the 70s-90s with new hip hop, electronic and acoustic arrangements.
