Surprisignly, I think the rain is giving a perfect effect for her performance!
I hope it was raining when she was singing A song for XX!! Now that would be awesome!

According to tethevo, it started raining like 3-4 artists before Ayu.

Like after Maki Goto came out, it started and people were running around like chickens with their heads cut off because it was kinda sudden..

When I saw the pic I thought the rain was just a perfect performance effect, but it really fitted the show!

yeah she wrote about that horrible rain in her last team ayu message... she said she really hoped it wouldn't rain... but in the end she was still happy because everyone was in a good mood.... to bad... but we'll have the first fully wet performance.. hehe...
