I don't think so... this is what the LJ post mentioned:
"...will release a special album in DVD format with highlights from the upcoming Japanese film “Kimi Ga Odoru, Natsu” which also includes an advance ticket for the movie." looks like the DVD is just trailers or something from the Kimi Ga Odoru Natsu movie, since With All My Heart is the theme song for it~ looks like a desperate way to milk money again ><"

Apparently the album will just have 3 versions of With All My Heart, one of which being a piano version.
Nothing new or whatever  but the collectors might get this?
