BENI switches up her hairstyle



R&B singer BENI updated her official blog with a brand new haircut!

“I got layers put in without changing the length and short bangs,” she blogged on March 26th, looking fresh and adorable with her updated hairstyle. “I haven’t had bangs in years.”

Fans were very positive about her new look, commenting, “I’m so surprised that BENI-chan got bangs!”, “Its suits you,” and “Now I’m thinking of getting bangs too.”

BENI celebrates her 25th birthday



On March 30th, R&B singer BENI turned 25 years old!

On her official blog, BENI posted a few photos of her birthday cake and thanked her family, friends, and fans for wishing her a happy birthday.

She wrote, “This month of March, when I turned 25, has been a terrible time for Japan, I don’t think of the usual, everyday things as being ordinary anymore.” She added, “Looking forward to 25 and a powered up BENI♪” The singer also jokingly tweeted in English, “Thank u guys for all the b-day LOVE made it to the BiG 25! (quarter century YOUNG!)”

Fans commented, “Hope you have a wonderful year as a 25-year-old, BENI-chan!”, “We’ll always cheer you on!”, and “Give Japan power with your voice, BENI-chan!”
